Ilham Aliyev awarded the highest military rank of "Major General" to a number of servicemen of the Ministry of Defense
President Ilham Aliyev signed an order on conferring the highest military rank of "Major General" to servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan (AR).
As reported by BAKU.WS, the document states:
"Guided by paragraph 24 of Article 109 of the Constitution of the Republic of Azerbaijan, I decree:
To confer the highest military rank of "Major General" to the following servicemen of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic of Azerbaijan:
Colonel Idris Mustafa oglu Maharramov
Colonel Vasif Tofig oglu Khalilov
Colonel Elnur Sadyg oglu Kazymov
Colonel Elgun Agil oglu Aliyev".
