Ilham Aliyev and Shehbaz Sharif congratulated each other on the holiday of Ramadan

On March 20, a telephone conversation took place between President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev and Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif.

As reported by BAKU.WS, Ilham Aliyev and Shehbaz Sharif congratulated each other on the holy month of Ramadan, wishing our peoples prosperity and new successes.

The President of Azerbaijan and the Prime Minister of Pakistan expressed satisfaction with the development of friendly and brotherly relations between the two countries, and exchanged views on the prospects of cooperation and future contacts.

During the telephone conversation, the current situation in the Middle East was discussed, and the need for the earliest possible de-escalation through political means was emphasized.
