Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan and Head of the Foreign Policy Department of the Presidential Administration, Hikmet Hajiyev, shared a post about a bilateral meeting with the participation of civil society representatives from Azerbaijan and Armenia, held in the city of Gabala.
The diplomat posted the message on his account on the social network X.
"Today in Gabala, within the framework of the 'Peace Bridge' initiative, we held an open dialogue with Armenian civil society representatives. The talks lasted over two hours. I once again emphasized that Azerbaijan is focused exclusively on a peaceful settlement," wrote the assistant to the head of state.
