Hikmet Hajiyev held a meeting with the Alliance leadership at NATO Headquarters

Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan - Head of the Department of the Presidential Administration for Foreign Policy Issues Hikmet Hajiyev visited NATO Headquarters in Brussels.

As BAKU.WS reports, this was stated in a publication by Azerbaijan's representation to NATO on the social network X.

During his visit to Brussels at NATO Headquarters, the Assistant to the President of Azerbaijan met with the ambassadors of the North Atlantic Council of NATO, as well as with Assistant Secretary General for Political Affairs and Security Policy Boris Ruge.

"During the meeting, the visit of the ambassadors of the North Atlantic Council of NATO to Azerbaijan and the meeting with President Ilham Aliyev were noted.

The parties also held extensive discussions on a wide range of topics, including prospects for successful Azerbaijan-NATO partnership and cooperation, European energy security, as well as issues related to regional security and the Azerbaijan-Armenia peace agenda," the information says.
