During nighttime strikes on Kyiv, the building of the Embassy of Azerbaijan was damaged
As a result of a nighttime attack by Russian forces on the Ukrainian capital Kyiv, the building of the Embassy of Azerbaijan was damaged.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Report, some of the missiles launched at the territory of the Shevchenkivskyi district, where the diplomatic mission is located, fell near the embassy building, and the blast wave shattered the windows.
It should be noted that the building of the Embassy of Azerbaijan in Ukraine has already been damaged several times as a result of Russian airstrikes on Kyiv. The last similar incident occurred on the night of November 14, 2025.
Following this, the Russian Ambassador to Baku, Mikhail Yevdokimov, was summoned to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, where he was handed a note of protest.
