Are there any Azerbaijanis among the victims of the An-24 plane crash in the Amur region of the Russian Federation?
There are no Azerbaijanis or citizens of Azerbaijan among those killed in the crash of the An-24 aircraft in Russia's Amur region.
As BAKU.WS reports, this was stated by the press secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan, Aykhan Hajizade, in response to a request from Report.
Recall that the An-24 passenger plane of Angara Airlines crashed on July 24 several kilometers from the airport of the city of Tynda in the Amur region. The plane was following the route Khabarovsk-Blagoveshchensk-Tynda and disappeared from radar while making a second approach for landing at Tynda airport. There were 42 passengers (including five children) and six crew members on board the aircraft. None of them survived.
