Ali Asadov held a meeting with the Minister of Health of Russia

Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov held a meeting on July 13 with the Minister of Health of the Russian Federation Mikhail Murashko.

As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the press service of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Azerbaijan.

During the meeting, the significance of the latest graduation ceremony of the Baku branch of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University was particularly emphasized.

The branch was highly praised as one of the most successful examples of Azerbaijani-Russian cooperation, playing a key role in training physicians who meet the highest international standards of medical education.

During the negotiations, the parties discussed the current state and prospects for the development of mutually beneficial cooperation between Azerbaijan and Russia in the fields of healthcare, medical education, and medical science. Bilateral partnership in these areas has a long-standing history and continues to develop dynamically, encompassing joint scientific research, exchange of expertise, and the implementation of advanced medical technologies.

The meeting was also attended by the Minister of Health of Azerbaijan Teymur Musayev, the Rector of the I.M. Sechenov First Moscow State Medical University Pyotr Glybochko, and the Rector of the Baku branch of the university Aziz Aliyev.
