McDonald's Azerbaijan, together with the State Social Protection Fund (SSPF), organized a theatrical performance featuring children of martyrs of the Second Karabakh War, dedicated to the 5th anniversary of Azerbaijan's Great Victory.

The performance took place on the stage of the Azerbaijan State National Theater for Young Spectators as part of the social project "Qəhrəman övladları səhnədə" ("Children of Heroes on Stage").

The plot of the performance takes children into the past, where, with the help of a "time machine," they meet outstanding personalities and thinkers of Azerbaijan. Professional actors performed on stage alongside the children of martyrs, emphasizing the importance of generational continuity, historical memory, and national pride.

The event concluded with a performance by the children's choir "Zəfər sədası" ("Call of Victory"), which performed patriotic compositions, filling the finale of the program with a special emotional atmosphere.

The project was implemented within the framework of a memorandum of cooperation between McDonald's Azerbaijan and the State Social Protection Fund and is part of a complex of initiatives dedicated to the 5th anniversary of the Victory. The signed document strengthens the cooperation between the parties in the field of corporate social responsibility aimed at supporting children of veterans and martyrs of the 44-day Patriotic War.

In recent years, McDonald's Azerbaijan, together with the State Social Protection Fund, has implemented a number of social, educational, and creative initiatives combining charity and development. Among them are the annual provision of school supplies to children of martyrs, support for children's education and development, including funding for educational programs and courses, as well as participation in international olympiads; organization of summer recreation for children from families of martyrs and veterans; holding festive events in McDonald's restaurants timed to coincide with Novruz, International Children's Day, New Year, and other significant dates.

These programs reflect the consistent and systematic work of the parties aimed at supporting and developing children, revealing their potential, and strengthening their self-confidence.
