In September, the air temperature in Azerbaijan was 0-7 degrees above the climate norm for 24 days, and 0-7 degrees below the norm for another four days.

The average monthly temperature was 24 degrees, which is 2 degrees above the climate norm. The maximum temperature in Baku and on the Absheron Peninsula reached 34 degrees.

Strong winds were observed for 9 days in Baku and on Absheron and for 14 days in the regions. The maximum wind speed reached 28 m/s.
