SOCAR and TotalEnergies discussed full-scale development of the "Absheron" field

The State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR) and French TotalEnergies discussed the full-scale development of the "Absheron" gas condensate field.

This was reported by BAKU.WS with reference to SOCAR.

As reported, SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf met with TotalEnergies First Vice President Martine Oppitz. They exchanged views on the current status of joint project implementation.

The parties also considered opportunities for cooperation in the energy sector both in Azerbaijan and beyond its borders.
