Agreement on share purchase and sale signed between SOCAR and Italian oil company
A trilateral share purchase agreement has been signed between the State Oil Company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR), Italiana Petroli S.p.A and MIP S.p.A.
As reported by BAKU.WS, the agreement was signed during the second day of the 1st Azerbaijan International Investment Forum in Baku.
The agreement was signed by SOCAR President Rovshan Najaf and Chairman of the Board of Italiana Petroli S.p.A Ugo Brachetti Peretti.
This agreement is of great importance for deepening international cooperation in Azerbaijan's energy sector and expanding SOCAR's strategic partnership.
