Zelensky: Russia is preparing new massive attacks on Ukraine

Russia may launch a new massive combined strike on Ukraine in the near future.

As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Ukrainian media, Ukrainian leader Volodymyr Zelensky announced this in his evening address.

"There is information from intelligence: Russians are preparing a new massive strike. Drones to deplete air defense and missiles. They want to take advantage of the cold," - he emphasized.

Zelensky noted that a new enemy strike could occur in the near future, and urged Ukrainians to be vigilant.

We remind you that recently the Russian Armed Forces have been targeting energy facilities in Ukraine during severe cold weather. For instance, in Kyiv on the night of January 9, Russian troops deliberately attacked heating plants in different districts of the capital. On the night of January 12, the Russian Armed Forces struck Odessa once again, resulting in damage to infrastructure and residential buildings. Part of one district is temporarily without electricity.

The President of Ukraine reported that after Russian strikes on the country's critical infrastructure, the situation in a number of Ukrainian regions remains difficult.
