Zelensky is ready for negotiations in Istanbul only under one condition

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky is ready for negotiations in Istanbul only on the condition of a personal meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
As Oxu.Az reports, this was announced by the advisor to the Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Mykhailo Podolyak during The Breakfast Show program.
He noted that the Ukrainian side considers any meetings at a lower level meaningless. According to Podolyak, it is important for Kyiv to discuss key issues of the war directly with the head of the Russian state.
At the moment, the Kremlin has not confirmed Putin's participation in the meeting scheduled for May 15 in Istanbul.
