Zelensky for the first time revealed the content of 20 points of the peace plan

The peace plan that Ukraine, the USA, and Russia have been discussing for the second month already consists of 20 points. However, in addition to the basic document, there are also separate appendices by areas.

As reported by Oxu.Az, RBC-Ukraine reports this with reference to the words of President Volodymyr Zelensky during a meeting with journalists.

Currently, a draft peace plan is being discussed - a political document between Ukraine, the USA, Europe, and Russians. According to Zelensky, the 20 points of the plan contain references to other possible documents.

In addition to the peace plan itself, there are such documents:

- a trilateral document on security guarantees - Ukraine, the USA, and Europe,

- a bilateral document - security guarantees for Ukraine from the USA.

- a roadmap for Ukraine's prosperity - a document developed with the USA on reconstruction and economic development, containing a vision for development until 2040.

Peace plan for Ukraine: what's in the 20 points

1. Confirmation of Ukraine's sovereignty.

2. An unconditional non-aggression agreement between Russia and Ukraine is provided. A monitoring mechanism will be created on the line of contact.

3. Ukraine will receive strong security guarantees.

4. The number of Armed Forces of Ukraine - at the level of 800 thousand in peacetime.

5. The USA, NATO, and Europe will provide Ukraine with security guarantees similar to Article 5. If Russia invades Ukraine - there will be a military response and renewal of sanctions. If Ukraine invades Russia or opens fire on Russian territory without provocation - security guarantees will be annulled. If Russia opens fire on Ukraine - security guarantees will come into force. There was also an addition about compensation to the USA for guarantees, now it's been removed. Bilateral security guarantees are not excluded by this agreement. In particular, countries of the coalition of the willing may participate in security guarantees.

6. Russia will enshrine a non-aggression policy towards Europe and Ukraine in all necessary laws.

6. Ukraine will become an EU member at a specific time and will receive short-term privileged access to the European market. EU membership for Ukraine is part of security guarantees, we want to fix the accession date.

7. Provides for a solid global development package for Ukraine, which will be defined in a separate investment agreement, and will include, in particular: a development fund for investment, development of gas infrastructure, reconstruction of territories, extraction of minerals, natural resources.

8. Several funds will be created to address reconstruction issues. The goal is to attract 800 billion dollars.

9. After concluding this agreement, Ukraine will accelerate the process of concluding a free trade agreement with the USA. America's position - they talk about a free trade agreement with Ukraine and a free trade agreement with Russia.

10. Ukraine's nuclear-free status.
