Zelensky commented on negotiations with Russia on June 2
The Ukrainian delegation at the negotiations with Russia in Istanbul on June 2 will be headed by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was announced by the President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his Telegram channel.
"I have determined the positions before the meeting in Istanbul on Monday. Our delegation on Monday will be headed by Rustem Umerov," the politician said.
Earlier, Zelensky confirmed Ukraine's participation in the second round of negotiations and named the priorities of the Ukrainian delegation. According to him, Kyiv will primarily seek an unconditional ceasefire for 30 days. The politician also expressed hope for reaching agreements on the exchange of prisoners of war and preparing a meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
