Wanted Gasanov transferred ownership of elite apartment to another person

Famous blogger Huseyn Hasanov quickly changed the owner of his luxury apartment in "Moscow City." The real estate transaction occurred after Hasanov was placed on an international wanted list and was likely undertaken to protect the property from possible seizure.
According to the Telegram channel SHOT, the new owner of the apartment is Moscow realtor Vadim Bogach (real surname Dyo), with whom the blogger has long-standing business relations.
Bogach, who calls himself a "celebrity realtor," previously not only helped Hasanov with selecting real estate but also gifted him a one-bedroom apartment for his birthday in 2022. Bogach's client base includes celebrities such as Klava Koka, Dima Bilan, Egor Kreed, and other Russian celebrities.
The change of ownership is another step in Hasanov's series of actions to dispose of property in Russia. Earlier, the blogger sold his 2020 Rolls-Royce Cullinan worth about 50 million rubles (about 1.05 million manats). He also tried to sell a three-room apartment in Neva Towers with an area of 124 square meters, located on the 44th floor.
After leaving Russia, Hasanov first rented out these apartments for 749 thousand rubles (about 15.7 thousand manats) monthly, and then put them up for sale for 100 million rubles (about 2.1 million manats), but could not find a buyer for a long time.
According to the Telegram channel, the change of apartment ownership occurred on May 19 - after the blogger was placed on the wanted list. Presumably, this was done to prevent the seizure of the property.
Recall that on May 14, the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs put Hasanov on the wanted list for a criminal case on money laundering. The millionaire blogger was arrested in absentia and faces up to seven years in prison and a large fine. Hasanov himself claims that he fully paid all taxes and fines, transferring 320 million rubles (about 6.7 million manats) to the state.
