Venezuela requested an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council in connection with US strikes on Caracas.
This was announced by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Bolivarian Republic, Ivan Gil Pinto.
"In response to the criminal aggression committed by the US government against our country, we have requested an urgent meeting of the UN Security Council, the body responsible for enforcing international law. No cowardly attack can withstand the strength of this nation, which will emerge victorious," he wrote on his Telegram channel.
