USA announced a $10 million reward for information about the leader of Iran
The U.S. State Department has announced a reward of up to $10 million for information about Iran's new Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei and other leaders of the Islamic Republic.
This is stated in the official reward announcement on the State Department's website.
"The State Department's Rewards for Justice program is offering a reward of up to $10 million for information on key leaders of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and its affiliated entities," the publication states.
The wanted list also includes Secretary of Iran's National Security Council Ali Larijani, Deputy Chief of the Supreme Leader's Office for Security Affairs Ali Asghar Hejazi, and military adviser Yahya Rahim Safavi. Additionally, Washington is prepared to pay for information about Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni and Intelligence Minister Esmail Khatib.
On February 28, the United States and Israel began striking targets on Iranian territory, including Tehran, with reports of destruction and civilian casualties. Iran is carrying out retaliatory strikes on Israeli territory as well as on U.S. military facilities in the Middle East region.
