US President Donald Trump is dissatisfied with the election of Mojtaba Khamenei as the Supreme Leader of Iran.
He said this to the Fox News television channel.
"I am not happy," Trump emphasized, without going into details.
Mojtaba Khamenei is the son of the late Ayatollah Ali Khamenei. In an interview with ABC News on March 8, the US President asserted that the next Supreme Leader of Iran without the approval of his candidacy by the United States "won't last long."
The White House, the State Department, and the Pentagon have not yet commented on the election of Mojtaba Khamenei as the Supreme Leader of Iran.
