Trump imposed additional tariffs on goods from India

The Washington administration is imposing additional 25% tariffs on India in connection with its purchase of Russian oil, and similar measures may be taken against other countries. The corresponding executive order was signed by US President Donald Trump.
The document is published on the White House website.
As noted in it, the American leader "deemed it necessary and appropriate to impose additional ad valorem (proportional to the value of goods) duties on imports from India, which directly or indirectly imports oil from Russia." The document states that "in accordance with applicable law, goods from India imported into the customs territory of the United States are subject to an additional ad valorem duty of 25%."
According to the order, the same duties may be imposed on other countries importing oil from Russia.
