Trump announced "a lot of good" regarding Russia and Ukraine
US President Donald Trump stated that regarding the settlement of the conflict in Ukraine, "there will be a lot of good." He said this during a speech at Selfridge Air Base near Detroit, reports TASS.
"We are engaged in an intense struggle with both China and Russia - particularly in the context of Ukraine. Middle East issues are also affected," Trump noted, without specifying details. He added: "You will hear a lot of good."
Trump reminded that during his first presidential term (2017-2021), the United States did not wage wars. He also touched on the topic of defense spending and emphasized that the American military-industrial complex produces the best submarines in the world. "On one hand, you don't want to be involved in this. But on the other hand, we have no choice," he said.
