During the episode, show hosts Ben Shepard and Cat Deeley couldn't hide their reaction when they noticed that one of the cameramen had lost his grip on the expensive equipment. Although the actual moment of the camera falling wasn't captured on screen, host Cat Deeley didn't miss the opportunity to humorously play off the situation, addressing the embarrassed cameraman named Ed.

"Ed, are you okay? (...) It's a dramatic thriller! I can understand. We've had a small fall on the second camera. And he's blushing," Deeley commented with laughter, lightening the atmosphere.

As the Daily Mail reports, in the same program, the camera accidentally caught a guest of the show - radio host Tom Swarbrick, who was engrossed in looking at his phone, not even suspecting that he was in the camera lens and being broadcast to the entire country.
