Superjet-100 aircraft of Azimut airline lost the right engine cowling during takeoff at Vnukovo airport.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Russian media, after the airliner took off, the dispatcher contacted the crew and warned about the loss of the engine nacelle flaps. The captain of the aircraft, which was supposed to head to Batumi, decided to return to the departure airport, where a "Blue" alert code was declared. The plane burned off fuel in the waiting area and safely landed an hour later. Fragments of the engine cowling were found on the runway.
