The star of the TV series "Streets of Broken Lights" has died

Actor from the TV series "Streets of Broken Lights," theater director and teacher Kirill Dateshidze passed away at the age of 78. This was reported by his students from the "K.L. Dateshidze Workshop."

It is known that in the last years of his life, the actor was battling cancer. In February 2025, his condition worsened, and his students were raising funds for the director's treatment. Unfortunately, they were unable to save the artist's life.

"Thank you to everyone who supported and helped not only with the treatment but also our workshop. Both with kind words and actions. He continues to live in each of us," stated the publication by Dateshidze's students.
