Yemen's Prime Minister Ahmed Awad bin Mubarak has resigned.
He announced this on his X social media account.
"I have finished a meeting with the head of the Presidential Council Rashad al-Alimi and submitted to him my resignation from the position of Prime Minister," Mubarak's statement says.
