The Prime Minister of India addressed the nation regarding the conflict with Pakistan

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi announced a temporary suspension of strikes against Pakistan as part of the military operation "Sindur." He emphasized that India's further actions would depend on the behavior of the Pakistani side.
As reported by kommersant.ru, Modi made this statement for the first time since the beginning of the operation.
"India has stopped strikes against Pakistan and will respond depending on its steps," noted the head of the Indian government.
Tensions between the two countries sharply increased on the night of May 7, when Indian military forces carried out strikes on targets in Pakistan's territory. In response, on the night of May 10, Pakistan launched a large-scale military operation against India. Later that same day, US President Donald Trump reported that the parties had agreed to a ceasefire.
