The Pentagon gave the White House permission to transfer Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine

Pentagon approved the delivery of Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine, the final decision will be made by US President Donald Trump.

According to the channel, the Pentagon believes that sending Tomahawks will not negatively impact American arsenals.

On October 28, Verkhovna Rada deputy Egor Chernev expressed confidence that US President Donald Trump will make a decision to supply Tomahawks to the conflict zone if he cannot pressure Russia and if sanctions do not work. According to the parliamentarian, the American leader is using the issue of transferring missiles to Kyiv to put pressure on Moscow.

On the same day, former White House National Security Advisor John Bolton said that Washington is close to making a decision on sending Tomahawks to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict zone. At the same time, he emphasized that Trump is not seeking to help Kyiv win the confrontation with Moscow. The US President rather wants to resolve the conflict, as he "always is a winner" himself.
