The names of high-ranking officials killed in strikes on Iran have been revealed
Names of high-ranking officials killed in Iran as a result of US and Israeli attacks have been revealed.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to Tasnim, the list includes Supreme Leader of Iran Ali Khamenei, Commander-in-Chief of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) Major General Mohammad Pakpour, advisor to the Supreme Leader Ali Shamkhani, Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces Major General Abdolrahim Mousavi, and Minister of Defense Aziz Nasirzadeh.
It is noted that the names of other victims will be disclosed later.
As a reminder, on February 28, the US and Israel launched a military operation against Iran, carrying out airstrikes on cities across the republic. Iran responded by launching missiles at Israeli territory. In addition, Iran's armed forces attacked 14 US military bases located in Persian Gulf countries.
Due to the situation in the Middle East, some countries in the region have temporarily closed their airspace.
