The most powerful typhoon in the world hit Taiwan: there are casualties

Typhoon "Ragasa" hit Taiwan, which is called the strongest in the world since the beginning of the year.

According to Reuters, 14 people have become victims of the disaster, over 120 are listed as missing.

In Hong Kong and Macau, schools and businesses have been closed due to the bad weather, and public transport has been suspended. Earlier in the Philippines, 7 people died as a result of the typhoon, 13 more were injured, and three are considered missing. Now "Ragasa" is heading towards mainland China: nearly two million residents have already been evacuated in Guangdong province.
