The head of the public organization "Azerbaijan-Ural" Shahin Shikhlinskiy has been put on the wanted list.

As BAKU.WS reports, this is being reported by Russian media with reference to the data from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation.

According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, he is wanted under an article of the criminal code. However, the specific article under which he is being sought is not specified.
