The great Russian writer Fyodor Dostoevsky, according to his great-great-grandson Alexei Dostoevsky, can be considered the first blogger in history.
As reported by BAKU.WS, he shared this in a conversation with TASS.
As the descendant of the classic writer noted, "A Writer's Diary," which Fyodor Mikhailovich began keeping in the 19th century, is essentially the first literary blog.
"'A Writer's Diary,' which he (Fyodor Dostoevsky - Ed.) started in the 1870s, is direct communication with the reader, answers to questions that concern him, a reflection of life itself," explained Alexei Dostoevsky.
He also advised everyone to read "A Writer's Diary" and try to relate the ideas presented there to modern times. According to him, although times change, human passions remain the same.
