Steven Seagal was offered a role in the Russian version of "The Terminator"

Known for his outrageous statements, Russian showman Stas Baretsky has proposed that American actor Steven Seagal could star in a Russian version of "Terminator." He discussed this with NEWS.ru.

Baretsky claims that his agent works with Seagal.

"We will be filming 'Terminator. Russian Version.' That's what it will be called. Seagal will play his opponent, and I will play the Terminator, they will do makeup for me," says Baretsky.

According to the showman, the Terminator will be the antagonist, and Seagal will fight him. He specified that the film will have minimal special effects and no AI.

The star of films "Under Siege," "Executive Decision," and "The Glimmer Man" has held Russian citizenship since 2016.

On May 30, 2024, "for great contribution to the development of international cultural and humanitarian cooperation," Putin awarded Seagal the Order of Friendship.
