Scientists in China plan to break records in human lifespan

Chinese Ambassador to Russia Zhang Hanhui said in an interview with TASS that the country plans to set new records for population life expectancy.

As reported by BAKU.WS, according to him, by the end of 2024, the average life expectancy in China reached 79 years, the health indicators of citizens continue to grow steadily, and during the 15th five-year plan, this indicator should increase to 80 years.

The diplomat noted that in the future, the average life expectancy in the country will grow thanks to the strengthening of a healthy lifestyle culture, the promotion of Chinese modernization, and the continuous improvement of medical technologies.
