Russian-Ukrainian negotiations have begun in Istanbul

Another round of negotiations between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations has begun in Istanbul.
As TASS reports, the Turkish side is also participating in the negotiations. The Turkish delegation includes Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, intelligence chief Ibrahim Kalin, and Chief of General Staff Metin Gurak.
It should be noted that on May 16, the first direct negotiations between Russia and Ukraine in three years took place in Istanbul. At that time, the parties agreed to prepare draft memorandums on conflict resolution and discussed the largest prisoner exchange - "1000 for 1000".
