Prince William wants to strip the family of royal titles
The British throne heir Prince William intends to radically transform the institution of monarchy after the coronation. This is reported by The Daily Beast (DB).
Thus, he has planned to strip royal titles from all relatives who do not perform official duties.
"William will strip titles from all non-working members of the royal family," the source said.
The publication claims that after William's coronation, Princesses Eugenie and Beatrice, as well as Prince Harry and his children, will lose the "Your Royal Highness" form of address.
However, if the heir to the British throne indeed plans to implement such transformations, he will have to issue a new patent that radically changes British legislation. Under current law, it is impossible to strip members of the royal family of their prince or princess titles.
