President of Kyrgyzstan Sadyr Japarov commented on rumors about a change of power
There are no grounds for a forcible change of power in the Kyrgyz Republic.
This statement was made by the head of state Sadyr Japarov while in Bishkek during a conversation with representatives of the state news agency "Kabar".
"There will be no coup or anything like that. Firstly, the law does not provide for this, and secondly, such a situation does not exist," the politician emphasized.
It should be recalled that on February 10, the head of the Kyrgyz state dismissed his long-time ally Kamchybek Tashiev from his positions, who served as Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and head of the State Committee for National Security. Following this event, the speaker of parliament resigned his powers, and a number of ministers also lost their portfolios.
