President of Iran assessed the prospects for dialogue with the USA
Iran hopes for good prospects from negotiations with the US on the Iranian nuclear dossier in Geneva.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to the Iranian state broadcasting company, this was stated by Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian.
"We have good prospects in the area of negotiations, and we hope that this process will successfully continue at the meeting that will take place tomorrow in Geneva with the participation of Abbas Araghchi (Foreign Minister - ed.)," he said.
According to him, the goal of the Iranian side is to bring the country out of a situation of "neither war nor peace."
"If these conditions are met, it will become possible to simplify economic relations, expand international cooperation and lift restrictions, as well as advance the country's development more rapidly," Pezeshkian noted.
It should be noted that the next round of negotiations between Iran and the US will take place in Geneva on February 26.
