Netanyahu reveals timeframe for preparing strike on Iran

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu made a sensational statement that the military operation against Iran was planned long before its execution - as early as November 2024.
"In fact, I gave this order to the defense leadership more than six months ago, on November 24. I have it here," he said in a video address distributed by the Prime Minister's Office. Netanyahu displayed a document on an A4 sheet of paper. "This is an order for the actual elimination of Iran's nuclear program," he explained.
According to the Israeli leader, the decision to begin preparations for this operation was made shortly after the Israeli army forces eliminated the leadership of the Shiite party Hezbollah in Lebanon in September 2024, including its Secretary-General Hassan Nasrallah.
As the Prime Minister noted, the strikes against Iran were initially planned to begin in late April of this year.
