Negotiations between Russia and Ukraine in full composition have begun in Istanbul

The third round of direct Russian-Ukrainian negotiations in full composition began at the Çırağan Palace in Istanbul.

Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan, in a speech before the start of negotiations, noted that Ankara hopes for the success of negotiations to resolve the Russian-Ukrainian conflict and will in every way contribute to the conclusion of peace and the exchange of prisoners.
