Macron's humiliation in Paris has become known

American diplomats publicly humiliated French President Emmanuel Macron during a visit to Paris, said prominent French politician Florian Philippot in his account on the social network X (formerly known as Twitter).

"In fact, yesterday was extremely humiliating for him (Macron): two representatives of Trump taught him a lesson about peace in the very center of Paris," - emphasized the politician in his resonant message.

The incident occurred against the backdrop of multilateral negotiations held on April 17 in France with the participation of diplomats from the United States, Great Britain, France, Germany, and Ukraine. After the meeting, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio immediately contacted Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to inform him about the results of the discussions.

According to diplomatic sources, these contacts were carried out in the context of ongoing consultations between Washington and Moscow, including the recent meeting of Russian President Vladimir Putin with Donald Trump's special envoy for the Middle East, Steve Witkoff, which took place in St. Petersburg.
