Legendary Ferrari of Schumacher sold at auction

Michael Schumacher's Ferrari racing car, which he drove in the Formula 1 World Championship in 2001, was sold at the RM Sotheby's auction for $18.17 million, as reported by BAKU.WS, according to The New York Times (NYT) on May 25.

According to the newspaper, this car became the most expensive Formula 1 car ever sold at auction and the fourth most expensive Formula 1 car after three Mercedes vehicles.

It is specified that Schumacher drove it when he won the Monaco Grand Prix, the Hungarian Grand Prix in 2001, and claimed the world champion title.
