Leaders of the European Trio Discussed the Situation in Iran
Leaders of Great Britain, France and Germany, Keir Starmer, Emmanuel Macron and Friedrich Merz, held a telephone conversation during which they discussed the situation in Iran and measures for joint coordination.
This was reported by the press service of the British government.
According to the information, the conversation took place after a meeting of the "coalition of the willing" in Paris, where the leaders reaffirmed unity in supporting Ukraine.
The parties also emphasized the need for close coordination as events in Iran develop, with Starmer expressing "support for those who exercised their right to peaceful protest."
