Russia advocates for the start of direct negotiations with Ukraine without preconditions.
As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to TASS, this was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
"Our proposal, which was voiced by Russian President Vladimir Putin, is to start direct negotiations without preconditions. A ceasefire in this situation is considered as a precondition," he said.
