Lavrov: Europe's approach to Ukraine directly contradicts Trump's position

The approach of European countries to the Ukrainian settlement directly contradicts the approach of US President Donald Trump's administration.

As reported by BAKU.WS with reference to "Kommersant", this was stated by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.

"They directly contradict the administration of (Donald - ed.) Trump, which through the words of the president himself, through the words of Secretary of State Marco Rubio and National Security Advisor (Mike - ed.) Waltz clearly said that preliminary negotiations on the parameters of the final settlement are now underway," Lavrov said in an interview with Channel One.
