How a Japanese Man at 33 Started Looking 20: Secrets of Visual Rejuvenation

A resident of Japan has visually rejuvenated over 10 years, causing interest on social media.
As reported by BAKU.WS, this was written by the local publication "Oddity Central".
A Japanese man named Aki became popular after an interview with local television, in which he talked about his life. Over the past ten years, the 33-year-old man has completely changed and now looks much younger than his age. According to him, the impetus for the changes was an unpleasant incident:
"When I was 23, my boss ridiculed me because of premature aging and baldness. Soon after that, my girlfriend left me, which undermined my self-confidence. Instead of giving up, I decided to completely change my life."
Over these years, he developed a strict daily regimen. This regimen includes: regular use of sunscreen regardless of weather conditions, exercise, monitoring stomach health, spa treatments, quitting smoking, and avoiding the habit of going to bed late. In addition, Aki resorts to cosmetic procedures - he gets Botox injections and undergoes a course of hair transplantation to maintain his hairline.
"My skin is now the same as it was 10 years ago," he stated.
