Hollywood star's wife faces US entry ban due to Trump

Amal Clooney, a renowned lawyer and wife of Hollywood actor George Clooney, may face a ban on entering the United States due to a new decree by President Donald Trump.
This is reported by People magazine.
In February of this year, the American president signed a decree that allows imposing sanctions against individuals participating in investigations directed against allies of the United States of America. According to the Financial Times newspaper, citing the UK Foreign Office, several lawyers may fall under this law, including Amal Clooney. She participated in preparing arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, issued by the International Criminal Court.
Amal, born in Lebanon, moved with her family to the United Kingdom at the age of two, where she later graduated with honors from Oxford University. Despite not having United States citizenship, in 2002 she was admitted to the New York Bar Association, which gives her the right to practice law in the USA. In September 2014, Amal married George Clooney, and the couple is currently raising seven-year-old twins - Alexander and Ella.
