Head of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the Urals declared wanted
In Yekaterinburg, the head of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the Urals, Shakhin Shikhlinskiy, is being sought, a source told E1.RU. The information was confirmed by public figure Vidadi Mustafayev, noting that this is a "standard procedure".
Earlier in Yekaterinburg, Shakhin Shikhlinskiy's son, Mutvali, was arrested for two months. He was detained on July 15 on charges of using violence against a government official. The incident occurred on July 1 near "Baku Plaza," where law enforcement officers were conducting a special operation to detain Shakhin Shikhlinskiy. During the operation, when the car windows were being broken, Mutvali, who was behind the wheel of a "Gelendwagen," began to move backward and hit a special forces officer.
