According to the information, the parties discussed a number of current issues on the global and regional agenda, including the situation in the Gaza Strip and Syria, as well as the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.
"President Erdogan stated that Turkey will continue to take steps to develop cooperation with the United States in many areas, particularly in the defense industry. He also expressed support for the US President's position on the need to end conflicts, and noted with satisfaction the White House's efforts to complete the negotiation process with Iran and resolve the Russian-Ukrainian issue," the message says.
