Donald Trump: Xi Jinping promised not to supply military equipment to Iran

Chinese President Xi Jinping has promised that China will not supply military equipment to Iran.

This was stated by U.S. President Donald Trump in an interview with Fox News, in response to a question about whether he had discussed China's support for Iran with Xi Jinping.

"He said he's not going to supply military equipment. That's a big statement," the head of the White House asserted.

At the same time, the American president noted that Beijing intends to continue purchasing Iranian oil. "But at the same time, he said they buy a lot of oil there and would like to continue doing that," Trump added.
