Commander of the Ground Forces of Ukraine resigns
Commander of the Ukrainian Ground Forces Mikhail Drapatyi announced his decision to resign after a strike on a training unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
As BAKU.WS reports with reference to Rambler, he announced this in his Telegram channel.
"I have made the decision to submit my resignation from the position of Commander of the Ground Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This is a conscious step, dictated by my personal sense of responsibility for the tragedy," he wrote.
Earlier on Sunday, 12 servicemen were killed and more than 60 were injured as a result of a missile strike on one of the training units of the Ukrainian Ground Forces.
